The PF32 camera range
Time-Tagging SPAD Arrays
PF32 cameras have a 32×32 Time-Correlated Single-Photon Counting (TCSPC) pixel array, with fully digital photon counting and time stamping – meaning no analogue readout noise.
In-pixel timing electronics enable the time-tagging of incoming photons to an accuracy of 55ps. An incredible throughput of up to half a billion timestamps per second can be captured, with an IRF of down to 200ps FWHM.
PF32-1M and PF32-500k features
Currently, we offer two different models in the range, the PF32-1M and the PF32-500k, with more products coming soon. Both models offer the following:
Now available with microlenses for up to 15 × more signal – count more photons today!
