Low Cost Time-Tagging SPAD Arrays

The NEW PF32 lite shares the same core technology as the PF32 high speed models: a 32×32 Time-Correlated Single-Photon Counting (TCSPC) pixel array, with fully digital photon counting and time stamping – meaning no analogue readout noise.

In-pixel timing electronics enable the time-tagging of incoming photons to an accuracy of 55ps and an IRF of down to 200ps FWHM.

If your application does not require the ultra-high speed of the PF32-1M or 500k models, the Lite provides great performance at an entry-level price

Giving frame rates of 50kfps, resulting in over 51 million photon time-stamps per second!

The PF32 Lite comes complete with standard firmware, however, we also provide optional add-ons and upgrades for specific applications – please just ask us for further information.
