Time-Tagging SPAD Arrays

PF32 cameras have a 32×32 Time-Correlated Single-Photon Counting (TCSPC) pixel array, with fully digital photon counting and time stamping – meaning no analogue readout noise.

In-pixel timing electronics enable the time-tagging of incoming photons to an accuracy of 55ps. An incredible throughput of up to half a billion timestamps per second can be captured, with an IRF of down to 200ps FWHM.

PF32-Ultra

If your application requires ultra-high speed readout and plenty of flexibility, the PF32-Ultra SPAD Array Camera will be best-suited for your needs. With complete flexibility in readout resolution (bit-depth per pixel) and programmable regions of interest, you can get just the data you need at the maximum possible speed.

Our highest speed time-correlated single-photon counting camera, the PF32-Ultra enables ultrafast frame rates across both photon counting and TCSPC modes.

The PF32-Ultra comes complete with Ultra firmware, however, we also provide optional add-ons and upgrades for specific applications – please just ask us for further information.

TIME RESOLVED IMAGING

PF32-Core

The PF32-Core transmits data at a bit depth of 16 bits per pixel in both photon counting and Time-Correlated Single-Photon Counting (TCSPC) modes.

It also has in-pixel dual mode electronics and a pipelined operation that allows simultaneous data acquisition and readout with no inter-frame dead time.

The PF32-Core comes complete with standard firmware, however, we also provide optional add-ons and upgrades for specific applications – please just ask us for further information.

If your application does not require the ultra-high speed of the PF32-Ultra or Core models, the Lite provides great performance at an entry-level price

Giving frame rates of 50kfps, resulting in over 51 million photon time-stamps per second!
