The PF32 camera range
Time-Tagging SPAD Arrays
PF32 cameras have a 32×32 Time-Correlated Single-Photon Counting (TCSPC) pixel array, with fully digital photon counting and time stamping – meaning no analogue readout noise.
In-pixel timing electronics enable the time-tagging of incoming photons to an accuracy of 55ps. An incredible throughput of up to half a billion timestamps per second can be captured, with an IRF of down to 200ps FWHM.
