Time-Tagging SPAD Arrays

PF1D Modules and Cameras are 1D linear arrays of Time-Correlated Single-Photon Counting (TCSPC) macropixels, with fully digital photon counting and time stamping – meaning no analogue readout noise.

In-pixel timing electronics enable the time-tagging of incoming photons to an accuracy of 140ps. An incredible throughput of up to a billion timestamps per second can be captured, with an IRF of down to 300ps FWHM.
